No. We are a renovation company. What we do is guide you and coordinate with the lender of your choice. The loan agreement is between you and the bank.
We typically split it into 3 milestones: a deposit on signing, mid-works when we reach the halfway point, and the balance on completion. The split is detailed in the quote.
